All sales are final sale in-store and online.
Once an order or purchase has been made in-store, online or any other method of purchase, this is considered a completed final sale transaction and will not be refunded. We do not allow exchanges or give out in-store or online credit either. We strongly encourage customers to be 100% sure about their purchase or order before making the purchase. Feel free to email us if you have any questions prior to your purchase so we can answer all your questions. At Bombay Couture we take pride in providing our clients quality garments and accurately displaying colours as best as we can. We take pride in ensuring your garment is in the best condition possible before selling it to you. For in-store purchases, customers are encouraged to check the entire garment before purchasing as all sales are final sale. Please understand that once the product has been sold to you, we do not guarantee the fabric, embroidery or stonework once the product is no longer in our care. Colours and fabrics can look different on a web browser. Many fabrics may be blended fabrics and will not always be mentioned in each product description. We do not guarantee the feel of the fabric or the exact hue or saturation of a particular colour. We will however do everything we can to show you the colour and describe the fabric as best as we can.
Every order and product is inspected when it arrives at Bombay Couture and before it is sold and shipped out. Zippers are always double checked as well before shipping out any garments. We do not refund an entire outfit over a faulty zipper. Let us know within 24 hours of your package arriving and we will repair the zipper and send the garment back to you. You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel on order for us to cover the cost of your zipper repair.
All custom orders are completely final sale with no exceptions at all. Due to the fact that the outfit is made to measure to your specific size, we do not allow an exchange or store credit either. Please be sure about your purchase before ordering. Deposits are not refunded if you decide after placing your order that you no longer want, the deposit is not refunded or given as a store credit or echanged in lieu of another product(s).
If a product is being sent back to Bombay Couture for ANY REASON, all shipping fees to return the product will be at the expense of the customer, not Bombay Couture.
The product(s) should be returned in the same packaging with all tags attached to it.
